Zibo Longtai Kiln Technology Co., Ltd., whose predecessor is Zibo Guangzheng Environment Project Kiln Development Design Institute, is a multi-subject and multi-specialty company with high technology, specializing in developing Silicate Hot-Working Kiln Engineering, Refractory Materials, Illuminant Fluorescent Materials, Environment Engineering, Liquid Conduit Engineering, Mechanism Engineering, Heat Exchange Engineering, Energy Firing Application Engineering, High Effective Burner Nozzles, and Automatic Control Engineering.

Since the establishment of our corporation, we have been introducing and absorbing the most advanced technology from at home and abroad, which enables us to create the unique technology resources and have the opportunity to utilize the compatibility of the above mentioned engineering, with the result of complicated specialty uniformly being utilized in our company. We have worked out 20 series of high technology kilns with different specifications and types, including Full Automatic Controlling Heat-conservation style Horse-hoof Liking Flame Kilns for Microcrystalline Glass base materials, Full Automatic Controlling Ceramic Frit Heat-conservation style Horse-hoof Liking Flame Kilns, Heat Exchange Style Frit Tank Furnaces, Daily-Use Glass Tank Furnaces, Pharmaceutical-use Glass Tank Furnaces, Miniature (undersized) Unit Style Tank Furnaces, Glass Melting Pot Furnaces, Small Top-grade Lining Asbestus Shuttle Kilns, Non- Lining Asbestus Shuttle Kilns, Anneal Kilns, and Tunnel Kilns.

The fuel includes three types: Gaseous fuel (Natural Gas, LPG, City Coal Gas, Coking Gas, Hot Coal Gas, gas, which is made from refractory brick-generator, Liquid fuel (Heavy Oil, solar oil, heavy diesel Oil), and Solid fuel ( raw coal, lump coal). Our automatic glass-ceramic matrix material furnace is the country's only well-known brand product in this field and other furnaces have won many domestic and foreign enterprises' welcome and praise.

We have export right; and we have already finished nearly 100 kilns of Ceramic, frit, microcrystalline glass, Sodium Silicate, and glass in Indonesia, Thailand, Spain, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Sichuan, and Zibo. Our customers also include some famous companies, such as Daqing oilfield, Zhongyuan oilfield, Shengli oilfield, and Dagang oilfield.

Meanwhile, we complete part of environment engineering, Conduit Heating Supply Engineering, and Heat Exchange Engineering for the factories of SIEMENS Co. (Germany) and NASH_ELMO Co. (USA) in China.

During these years, we have developed many types of Medium and Top-grade Refractory Materials, Long Afterglow Illuminant Materials, and Glass Liquid Surface Controllers.
